5. Liability & disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for direct loss is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Governing law & dispute resolution

Privacy Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy
Rules that apply to cancellations, refunds, and dispute handling.

This policy applies to paid services and prepaid packages. Individual proposals or SOWs may include custom refund/cancellation terms which will supersede this policy where expressly stated.
2. Cancellation by client
To cancel, notify us in writing at admin@amdoc.online. Refund eligibility depends on work completed and non-recoverable costs. Standard cancellation refunds (example):
- Cancellation within 48 hours of payment: full refund minus 2% payment gateway fees.
- Cancellation after work has commenced: pro-rata refund for uncompleted work, less any non-recoverable third-party costs.
Adjust these numbers as per your practice — they are placeholders.
3. Refund process & timelines
